The painting "Doves of Pliny" was made by the Traversari Brothers with the technique of micromosaic yarn, decorated with precious Venetian glass paste tesserae, cut with a hammer and a knife and then spun at 800 degrees, as per ancient Roman tradition. Each mosaic, at the end of its realization, is carefully polished.
