La Scapigliata Mosaic

Born in Rome on 29 December 1970, she has a university degree in Art History, but has always preferred creative manual work. She was lucky enough to have great masters - Carlo Meloni and Maria Teresa Vacchini - who together introduced her to the secrets and techniques jealously guarded by the most illustrious mosaic masters. Some of the most significant projects she has been involved in include the mosaic decoration of Panama Cathedral, the refurbishment of the basin of the 'Organ Fountain' at Villa d'Este and the restoration of the mosaics of the presidential estate of Castelporziano and Ostia Antica. Her mosaics are highly appreciated and known in various parts of the world.
